SUPPLY OF CAST IRON PULLEYS AND TAPER LOCK BUSHINGS

Pizzirani is also specialised in the production of any type of special pulley with grooves, up to a maximum diameter of 2500 mm. Pi pulleys are manufactured according to the international standard BS 3790/1981-DIN 2211-ISO 4183. All pulleys are manufactured from grey cast iron GG25 with black phosphating surface treatment. They are suitable for operation up to a peripheral speed of 30 m/sec.

Beyond this peripheral speed, Pizzirani recommends the use of high resistance materials. The pulleys are calibrated to ISO grade G16. Pi Bush conical bushings are manufactured from grey cast iron GG25 with black phosphating surface treatment. All Pi Bush taper bushings are supplied complete with an H7 tolerance bore, keyway and the full set of screws for fixing to the pulley.
